Jeff is Smile’s TextExpander Evangelist and formerly the Mac Observer’s Managing Editor. He has been podcasting for years and is currently co-hosting The iOS Show, and is a regular guest on The Big Show and The Mac Show. Jeff previously hosted TMO’s Daily Observations podcast and co-hosted Apple Context Machine. He’s also the author of “The Designer’s Guide to Mac OS X” from Peachpit Press, and has presented at events such as Macworld Expo, the RSA Conference, and the Mac Computer Expo.
